Software House: Proprietary Software Licence
===========================================

Copyright (c) 2026 BlazingBanana Ltd. All rights reserved.

Software House code and assets authored by BlazingBanana Ltd are proprietary.
They are supplied under the commercial agreement made with BlazingBanana Ltd,
not under an open-source licence. Possession of the source code or a release
package does not grant permission to copy, modify or redistribute that work
except as permitted by that agreement or applicable law.

Fresh installations include a 14 day evaluation licence for up to 10 projects.
The evaluation period starts when the installation database is first prepared.
Its expiry preserves running applications and file exports as described below.

A Software House licence is issued to a customer for an installation, with an
expiry date and a project limit. A valid licence enables project creation and
changes. On expiry, existing deployed applications continue to run and project
files remain available for export. Renewal enables further project changes.
The signed licence is verified locally without contacting a licensing server.

This notice does not replace your commercial agreement or restrict rights that
cannot lawfully be restricted. Third-party components retain their own licences;
these proprietary terms apply only to BlazingBanana Ltd's original work.
Software generated or imported by customers is not relicensed by this notice.

See NOTICE and THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md for attribution and component information.
